VicholaSaab provides personalized and confidential matrimonial services, including but not limited to:

Profile matching

Direct family consultations

Personal meetings and follow-ups

All services offered are fully chargeable and tailored to the specific requirements of each client.

2. Service Charges & Payment Terms

Our services are not free at any stage. All charges are applicable as per the service selected.

Initial consultation fees are to be paid in advance.

Field visits, meetings with either party, or any profile discussion outside the office (e.g., at a client’s residence or third-party location) are chargeable separately.

A Profile Processing & Service Activation Fee is applicable to initiate the matchmaking process.

Any delay or non-payment of agreed charges may result in suspension of services.

No refunds are provided once services have been rendered or initiated.

3. Breakdown of Chargeable Services

Charges may include but are not limited to:

In-person consultation (at client’s location or agreed venue)

Travel-based meetings with other families

Follow-up visits and discussions

Exclusive matchmaking based on personalized preferences

All charges will be communicated clearly before service delivery.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all profiles and client details. No information will be shared without prior consent of both parties.

5. Client Responsibility

The client is expected to provide accurate and honest information about themselves or the concerned family member.

False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate termination of services.

Clients must respect timelines for communication, meetings, and feedback.

6. Service Timeline

Matchmaking is a process and results may vary. We do not guarantee a match within a fixed time frame, but we strive to provide the best quality service based on mutual preferences and compatibility.

7. Termination of Services

VicholaSaab reserves the right to discontinue services in case of:

Non-payment of dues

Unethical conduct or behavior

Misuse of information or platform

Any breach of terms by the client

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab.
